Warranty, Return & After-Sales Policy
This Policy applies to OEM, ODM, wholesale, and customized orders and is intended to define product quality standards, liability scope, and after-sales procedures.

1. Product Quality Standards
The Company conducts production and inspection based on internal quality control systems, including raw material inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, product acceptance standards shall follow internationally recognized sampling standards, including AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. Customers may also appoint third-party inspection agencies for inspection.

2. Consistency Between Samples and Mass Production
Approved samples confirmed by the customer shall serve as the “Golden Sample” for mass production. Under normal production conditions, mass-produced goods shall be consistent with the approved sample. Where a material deviation is confirmed between mass production and the approved sample due to manufacturing reasons, the Company shall provide reasonable solutions including replacement, rework, or compensation.

3. Product Warranty
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company provides a warranty period of twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, blade breakage not caused by human factors, and structural issues such as handle loosening or detachment caused by production defects. The warranty does not cover improper use, intentional or accidental damage, incorrect maintenance, or damage caused by abnormal chemical or environmental conditions.

4. After-Sales Claim Procedure
In the event of any quality issue, the customer shall submit relevant evidence within a reasonable time, including issue description, photos or videos, and batch or order information. Upon receipt of complete documentation, the Company shall conduct a technical evaluation and provide solutions including replacement, re-production, partial refund, or order credit.

5. Transportation Liability
Risk of goods shall be transferred in accordance with the agreed Incoterms between both parties, including but not limited to EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. Claims for transportation damage shall be handled in accordance with the relevant trade terms and insurance coverage.

6. Sample Charges
Sample charge refund or deduction policies shall be subject to the final agreement between both parties and may vary depending on different projects.
