This Policy applies to Yangjiang Insight Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. ( here in after referred to as the “Company”) website visitors, inquiry customers, sample customers, and OEM/ODM cooperation clients. The Company highly values the protection of customers’ business information, technical data, and intellectual property rights, and undertakes to take reasonable measures in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and mutual agreements to safeguard information security.
1. Scope of Information Collection To facilitate business communication, product development, order fulfillment, and after-sales services, the Company may collect the following information: 1.1 Basic Business Information, including but not limited to company name, contact person, contact details, address, tax information, and procurement requirements; 1.2 Website Usage Data, including IP address, browser type, access records, and Cookies information; 1.3 Project-Related Information, including product specifications, design drawings, CAD files, packaging designs, brand identifiers, sample requirements, and other technical documents.
The above information shall be used solely for business cooperation, order management, technical support, and service optimization, and shall not be used for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
2. OEM/ODM Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Protection Considering that OEM/ODM cooperation involves customers’ brands, product development, and competitive market advantages, the Company hereby undertakes that the intellectual property rights of design drawings, packaging solutions, brand identifiers, technical documents, and other materials provided by customers shall belong to the customer or relevant rights holder. 2.1 Without prior written authorization from the customer, the Company shall not copy, disclose, transfer, or use such materials for third-party production purposes. 2.2 The customer may request the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), under which both parties shall further define confidentiality obligations. 2.3 Customer information shall only be accessible to authorized personnel directly involved in project execution. 2.4 Where exclusive mold development is involved, ownership and usage rights of molds shall be determined according to the agreement between both parties. 2.5 For exclusive cooperation projects, the Company may restrict the production and sales scope of similar products in accordance with the contractual agreement.
3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure Except for the following circumstances, the Company shall not sell, lease, or disclose customer information to any third party: (1) Where necessary for logistics, customs clearance, payment processing, or order fulfillment; (2) Where required by applicable laws, regulations, or governmental authorities; (3) Where explicit written authorization has been obtained from the customer. Third-party service providers may include logistics companies, banking institutions, payment platforms, and customs clearance service providers. The Company shall not engage in any form of sale or unauthorized commercialization of customer data.
4. Data Security The Company adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information, including data encryption, access control, secure file storage, and regular maintenance and backup. However, the Company acknowledges that Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, the Company will continuously improve its security measures to minimize potential risks.
5. Compliance with International Data Protection Regulations For international customers, the Company endeavors to comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection frameworks.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers may have the right to access relevant data held by the Company, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of eligible data, and withdraw consent for data processing, provided that such requests do not conflict with legal obligations, contractual requirements, or legitimate business purposes.
